INTERNATIONAL SHOWDOWN TOURNAMENT

INVITATION
Lithuanian Blind Sports Federation has a big pleasure to invite your showdown players to International Showdown Tournament. Tournament will take place in Vilnius on April 24 – April 27, 2025.
Arrival: April 24, Thursday (afternoon).
Competition: April 25 – April 26 Friday, Saturday.
Departure: April 27, Sunday (after breakfast). It takes about 30 min. to go to the airport.
Competition. The Tournament will follow IBSA showdown rules. It is planned to play on Czech tables.
Awards. The awarding ceremony will take place right after the competition. Three best players (male and female) will be awarded medals.
Place of Competition, accommodation and meals. Teams will be accommodated in twin and triple bedrooms of the “Holiday Inn” hotel. Address of the place: Seimyniskiu str.

Participation fee. 390 € per person per invitational period (double or triple room) and 430 € per person in single room. It includes entry fee, accommodation and meals from Thursday (April 24) dinner till Sunday (April 27) breakfast.
Transportation fee. On request, teams arriving to the Vilnius airport, train or bus station will be provided with the ground transportation to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport, train or bus station after the competition for the price of 80 € per delegation consisting of not more than 8 persons. For teams consisting less delegates, the transfer price could be lower, 20 € per person.
Additional stay. If you wish to come earlier or depart later than indicated in the invitational period, you will have to pay additionally: extra bed & breakfast per person - 50 € (double or triple room) and 95 € in single room.

Deadline of all binding entry forms is 23 March 2025 at the latest. Payment: 30% or all the immediately of the entry fee should be paid by bank transfer before April 1, 2025 to the following Lithuanian Blind Sports Federation’s account:
