6. Participation Fee

Participation fee from 3^rd to 7^th of July 2024 is 385 EUR (double or triple room) or 405 EUR (single room)

It includes:

• Accommodation

• Full board from Wednesday dinner to Sunday breakfast.

Transfer fee from/to Riga Airport and Riga Bus or Train Station, or Riga Port – 25 EUR/ Person*

On Sunday 7^th of July for early transfer to Riga price will be 70 eur per person.

Deadline for registration is 10^th April 2024, to register you must fill the entry form on-line and it will be automatically sent to e-mail amberofliepaja@gmail.com

In case you decide to cancel your participation, refund is allowed until 1^st June 2024; at any later date, no refund is available.

7. Transportation

Transfers are guaranteed only from/to Riga Airport and Riga Bus or Train Stations or Riga Port, by bus at scheduled time.

Travel details must be communicated by e-mail to the Organizers by 1^st June 2024.

8. VISAS

All the participants must own a valid passport or ID card. European Union citizens do not need a VISA to enter Latvia. Otherwise, the Non- European Union citizens must contact their Embassy in order to achieve the VISA.

9. Other Info

This Tournament will be governed by IBSA Rules.

According to the current IBSA Showdown Rules only B1, B2, B3 players are allowed to play. Players who have not been classified by IBSA have to provide a medical document providing their level of visual impairment.

The document with the classified players is available on IBSA's website.

No time limits will be applied to matches. One point will be awarded for a won match.

Participants will be divided into 2 categories – men and women. The games will be played on five Czech tables with ten

referees..

Organizers will use gameresultsonline.com program.

We plan to organize live video translations from one of the tables.
