*      First course: riminesi (fresh pasta) with Bolognese meat sauce;

*      Main course: backed pork chop;

*      Side dish: patatoes with rosemary;

*      Waiter service, bread, dessert, mineral still and sparkling water, red and white wine, coffee.

 

 

LUNCH THURSDAY 15TH SEPTEMBER 2022:

 

*      First course: calamarata (pasta) with capers, olives, cherry tomatoes and salted ricotta;

*      Main course: chicken cacciatore;

*      Side dish: cherry tomato gratin;

*      Waiter service, bread, dessert, mineral still and sparkling water, red and white wine, coffee.

 

 

DINNER THURSDAY 15TH SEPTEMBER 2022:

 

*      First course: risotto with Prosecco and smoked provola;

*      Main course: veal morsels with vegetables;

*      Side dish: green beans with tomato and oregano;

*      Waiter service, bread, dessert, mineral still and sparkling water, red and white wine, coffee.

 

 

LUNCH FRIDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER 2022:

 

*      First course: garganelli (pasta) pistachio pesto, eggplant and cherry tomatoes;

*      Main course: supreme chicken rosemary;

*      Side dish: vegetable caponata;

*      Waiter service, bread, dessert, mineral still and sparkling water, red and white wine, coffee.

 

 

DINNER FRIDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER 2022:

 

*      First course: gramigna (pasta) with sausage and cherry tomatoes;

*      Main course: lemon escalopes;

*      Side dish: spinach with parmesan;

*      Waiter service, bread, dessert, mineral still and sparkling water, red and white wine, coffee.

 

 

LUNCH SATURDAY 17TH SEPTEMBER 2022:

 

*      First course: orecchiette (pasta), with leek, guanciale and pecorino fiore sardo cheese;

*      Main course: lemon roasted cockerel;

*      Side dish: peas with onion and ham;

*      Waiter service, bread, dessert, mineral still and sparkling water, red and white wine, coffee.

 

 

DINNER SATURDAY 17TH SEPTEMBER 2022:

 

*      Cocktail: Prosecco, cubes of Grana Padano cheese and mortadella, assorted canapes and fried;

*      First course: green Bolognese lasagna;

*      Main course: veal escalopes with ham, cheese and truffle;

*      Side dish: fried cream;

*      Waiter service, bread, dessert, mineral still and sparkling water, red and white wine, coffee.

 

 

*      Those who will report food intolerances or choose the vegetarian menu, will be able to choose alternative dishes, proposed by the chef;

*      Available as alternatives: plain pasta (oil and parmesan) or o with tomato sauce.
