Liepaja open showdown tournament- “Amber of Liepaja”

Regulations

Objectives:

Determine the best showdown players of the tournament.

Promote the development of showdown in Latvia and abroad.

Time and place:

The tournament will be held from 19^th to 22^th July 2018. The games will be played at Ganību street 197/205 (Liepaja Blind Society).

The games in playing days will begin at 9am to around 6pm.

Tournament details:

Tournament is organize by Liepaja Blind Sports Club in cooperation with Latvian Blind Sports Union.

The games are played according to IBSA showdown rules.

The game schedule will be made based on count of players.

Participants:

Participation is open to any showdown player who has sent an entry form and paid the participation fee.

All participants are personally responsible for his or her health during the competition.

Participants are divided into 2 categories – men and women.

If there are less than 10 women, the games are played combined with the men.

Entry fee:

Entry fee for one participant is 160 EUR.

It includes accommodation and full board.

Entry fee will be needed payed till 23^rd March

Referees of tournament wouldn’t have to make entry fee

Awards:

Every participant will receive a memorable gift.

First 3 players in both categories will receive medals.

Winners will be awarded with a champion cup.
