Participation fee for accommodation at the 3-star hotel and fullboard is 250 Euro per person. In case

you need a transport from and to the Prague Vaclava Havla airport or main bus or train station, each

person is to pay 10 Euro above the participation fee. In case you wish to have a single room you will

pay 350 Euro participation fee.

Deadline of all binding entry forms is 15th January 2018 at the latest. You are supposed to send 250

Euro on the following bank account details:

50% refund is allowed by 31st January 2018 in case you decide to cancel your participation. If later,

no refund is accepted. In case you do not pay on time (by 15th January 2018), extra 100 Euro is

charged for the late payment.
