pleasure to invite you to the 2nd Pisa Open - Michal Wrzesinski Memorial.
The tournament will be held from 2nd to 6th
May 2018 in Tirrenia, Pisa at:

Matches will be played from 3rd to 5th
May.
Participation fee for accommodation and full board (including
water and house wine during the meals) from 2nd to 6th
May is 285,00 euro.
If you want to enjoy our wonderful Country and stay a
bit more with us, we offer you an holiday package: from 30th April to
6th May participation fee for accommodation and full board
(including water and house wine during the meals) is 385,00
euro. We are arranging some extra activities on Tuesday and Wednesday which
will be later communicated with details.
In case you want a single room, consider that the
number of single rooms is limited and there will be an extra cost of 100 euro
on the participation fee.
Free sunshades and deckchairs will be available on the
hotel-owned private beach, weather permitting.
Transportation from and to the Pisa Airport/Pisa or
Livorno Station are included prior
reservation, by minibus at scheduled time, therefore we invite you to
communicate your travel schedule to the Hotel Manager to arrange the transfer.
The deadline for registration is 31st January 2018, in order to register you have
to send the entry form to pisaopen2017@gmail.com and then settle the
participation fee within 15th February 2018.
In case you decide to cancel your participation refund is allowed within 15th
March 2018; if later, no refund is accepted.
Details for the payment will be communicated later to
the participants by e-mail.
According to the current IBSA Showdown Rules only B1,
B2, B3 players are allowed to play. Players who haven't been classified by IBSA
have to provide a medical document from their Country providing their level of
visual impairment and send it by mail with the entry form.

If last year you participated to the Tournament and
you already provided this document, please don't send it again.

(*) We remind you that maximum 3 bats per athlete will be accepted to Bat
Check.
In case of damage of a bat
during the tournament, it can be replaced by another one prior the control of
it by the referees in the referees room.
Mask Check will be about to
verify the complete obscuring. If necessary, masks will be fixed in order to
fit the requirements.
Before every match, mask check
will be done always and anyway.

The game schedule may be subject to variations
depending on the number of participants.
The game schedule and results will be online.
We plan to play on 6 Czech tables, with Sweden
showdown balls, with 12 referees.
This Tournament will be governed by IBSA Rules, therefore no time limits will be applied to matches.
One point will be awarded for a won match.
