Hereby we
would like to invite you to participate in the 3rd edition of the ‘Ronde Venen
Showdown Dutch Open 2015’. The tournament twill be held from the 9th until the
13th of December 2015 and will take place at the ‘ Poldertrotsschool’ in
Waverveen – Mijdrecht (De Ronde Venen).
Accomodation
During the
tournament, all players will stay at the Best Western Hotel-Uithoorn. Breakfast
and dinner will be served on all competition days at the hotel. Lunch will be served
at the Poldertrotsschool (location for the tournament).
The tournament
The playing
location is just a short drive away from the hotel. The players will be driven
to and from the hotel by bus.
The matches
will start on Thursday the 9th of December and end on Saturday the 13th. The
tournament is internationally recognized and will be played in accordance with
the IBSA rules as they went into effect April 2015. The matches will be played
on 6 international Czech tables and will be refereed in English.

The costs
for participating in De Ronde Venen Showdown Dutch Open 2015 are € 275.- per
participant. This includes:

If you would like to book a single room, the
enrollment fee will be increased with € 50.- per night per room.

Your entrance fee has to be desposited onto our account no later than the 9th
of November 2015. Payments after the 9th of November will be increased with a €
100.- late fee. Çancellations after the 9th of November 2015 will not be
refunded.
